Day 6

Wow! My throat has never hurt worse and my tongue is red raw an swollen! My eye is twitching constantly. And of course , I’m coughing. 

I know that these are all symptoms of recovery. I have messed up my tongue, my throat, my eyes, my skin, my lungs, my body everything about every part of me was ruined by vaping. I am in a healing process and my body is trying to get back to stasis and health and energy and a positive future. But this detox process is worse than I imagined but of course totally worth it and it shows me that my body can heal.
