Share your quitting journey
Quitting smoking makes me sleepy. Yesterday I took a nap. I am not a napper- maybe once or twice a year I'll be tired enough for a nap. Today, I've been wanting to nap but have been trying to force myself to get work done instead. I haven't been very successful working today. Or really since my quit date. But I need to try to be strong. I'm reminding myself of all the people who are struggling every day. I have it easy compared to so many people. Surely I can get this large pile of work finished.
