At day 53 took off the patch nog gonna use them anymore only for backup gonna take advice and put one in my wallet just in case but gonna continue to use the 4mg losenger for another three weeks and one week of the 2mg so be on losengers another month just the losengers have ten patches left 7mg shouldn’t really feel a difference Bc u were only getting 3.5 mg every 12 hours not a lot did the math trying to prepare self and stay tobacco free at 53 days three days plus past my last quit when I picked up Jan 1st but a lot was going on in my life then I learned how to take better care of self and help out around house more to keep my urges down but it was a big step taking off patch but just not ready to give up losengers yet gonna use my supply and put a patch in my wallet I live with a smoker and went 53 days so far around him and saved a lot of money so gonna use losenger for 25mun max and keep them apart every 2.5 3 hours for first few days so I don’t feel anything from patch if I’m gonna feel anything from patch but I was sick of using them
