Day 4!!!!

Yeah Baby, I am day 4 and OMG! it feels great.  Thank you to all who have given me encouraging words. It has really been a help to come to this sight and find that many of you are so honest and transparent with how your journeys are going. I do appreciate the truth it lets me know that i'm not trippin' when i say those cigs were talkin' to me.(LOL!!!)   

The question i wanna ask is about this insomnia. How long will i keep sleepin' in 90min. incriments? I mean since day 2 i really haven't slept much. i'm not tired or cranky, actually i have more energy than i've had in awhile.
