I decided I'll try to make a blog post every day for the first week or two. I think this will help me out some. I've notice that since I quit, I have increase my daily coffee consumption. It seems I'm giving up nicotine for caffeine.

Also I got a little irritable last night. I did not direct it toward anyone, I just kept it to myself.
I can do this.
