Since it's a tad bit nippy outside I'm keeping busy inside, I'm having a 70th birthday due for Marks sister Wendy 💕 she's not only my sister in law she's also a very good friend anyway we're having the family in. I baked a chocolate cake with chocolate frosting yesterday plus a potato salad with onions and a small one without onions and a homemade coleslaw, this morning I put on a crockpot of beans and I've got the brown bread rising while I'm writing this post so hopefully everything will turn out fine. I haven't been sleeping very well lately I'm hoping that won't be the new normal! Anyway I know I JUST posted ~ H.A.L.T > a few days ago BUT I think it's worth reposting again because even for me  with a 9 and a half year quit I also need to stop and HALT! Being hungry and tired can be a problem for me! No Matter where we are in our quits we need to HALT and hang on tight to the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the GIFT OF LIFE! Vigilance is key to Freedom! Lets remember to HALT and N.E.F ~ Never Ever Forget THAT horrid day one or those early stages of our quits!

I chuckle at this meme about multi tasking LOL! 😃

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
