Woke up tired, that time of month and day 3... Did get a workout in, it helped. My job today was bartender in my small town; ( I have 3 jobs) I have to say, I ate more than I needed, it's difficult working the bar and being used to my short "breaks" to go outside, smoke and take a break to keep my attitude right. I did not smoke, though I noticed little things bothering me, and did pretty well holding my tongue. My goal is to eat less while working and find another way to deal, yes I had my toothpicks. Any ideas??
Tomorrow is a gardening day, where I work in my client's yard if it doesn't rain too hard. I'm looking forward to it.
I reflected on a few posts I read this morning and am trying to find the fun and positive in being an EX, I do know the desire to breathe and be healthier is what keeps me holding strong. The will to have a quality of life that keeps me strong and healthy for as long as possible.
I am very thankful for this online community helping me achieve my goals.
