Yesterday was my 1st smoke free day. When i was reading some tips on here one of them was to wake up and tackle the day head on and thats just what i did. Stayed busy most of the day. Had a few headaches but other than that the day went well. Welbutrin is working its magic so not really having any craves just the reaching for them. Husband has been very supportive this time even cheering me on. Feeling really good about myself. So glad i came back here.

You can make it.  Don't give up.  No matter what do not smoke.  Not one Puff Ever NOPE.  WE are here for you. I think wellbutrin helps. The good part it is not addictive. Goodluck

Glad you came back too!  remember the phrase "it's all good"  ?  well, that really goes along with quitting smoking.  We all are in the same big boat, smoked for way too long.  I don't know about you, but the boat I am on is NOT the Titanic!  LOL!

I'm not on the Titanic, either.  I will be in a canoe, exploring the inner harbors of a slow moving, medium sized river, letting my fingers troll on the surface of the water as I drift.............

(not having to have a cigarette in my hand allows me to "let my fingers troll on the surface of the water..."!)

🙂

Glad to see you back, this is where you really want to be.  You did this before you can do it again...  If you ever get the urge to toss it away again please come here first and let us take a stab at talking you off the plank.  A supportive husband and a supportive community is a wonderful tool to use in your journey!

Congratulations on Day 2 of Freedom!! I am glad you are here 🙂 I tried Wellbutrin and had an adverse reaction . It made me really shakey, nervous and I was smoking one after another. I called the dr. right  away and went off it.  I am glad it is tearing you well 🙂
