I am in my second day. Last night got a little crazy but I made it. The best thng I think you can do is keep busy either physically or mentally. Today I got of the house and went where there is no smoking. I have tried to quit many times before but this is the first time with support. I have great deal of experience in trying to quit and I have to say that with out my friends here I would have gone back to smoking. So I know I have said this before but THANK YOU. Donna
