Day 10

WhooHoo!!!!  I am officially a member of the doubledigit club!  Must say that these past 9 and 1/2 days have been a rollercoaster ride!  But each day that I look at my quit meter and come to this site, it just gives me more of a determination to stick with it.  This past week has been an emotional one as well.....those smokes had been by my side for 30 years.  But with each day smoke-free I am beginning to pay attention to what I am gaining instead of what I thought I was giving up.  I can smell, I can taste, I have energy, and today I noticed that the bags under my eyes are gone and the color of my skin is looking better then it has in years!

There is no way that I could have made it this far without this site!  There is no doubt in my mind about that!  Thank you, each and every one of you who have supported me with your encouraging words and wisdom.

Commited to Quit 2013! - Onto the next 10 days, which I am told "gets a little better" - Toni
