12 hours free!! It's not been unbearable! I did fight with the blender this morning while making my smoothie, but I won, lol! I'm at 12 hours (am taking it 1 hour at a time right now), and am getting ready to head to the gym. Have made sure to keep my blood sugar up (I get cranky when it drops), and keeping busy, cleaning house. It's true what they say, the crave only lasts for a minute if you let it come and go!  Ready to smell and taste things again! (The next step on the health benefits of quitting timeline!) Thank y'all do much for your support, advice and education!
