Well I have not had a smoke all day. It has not been easy since my husband was supposed to quit with me, and smoked all day. I got through the day though. That is one win in an uphill battle. I hope that I do as well tomarrow. I have to go back to a very stress full job. I just keep telling my self that I do not want to die of lung cancer like my grandmother did. And that I want to see my kids grow up. I can do this.
