Share your quitting journey
Day one again. This time with a fresh education, triggers identified, tools to avoid smoking in place, and a 4 day quit in my belt to remind me of how the coughing subsided, the smells are glorious, tastes are more vibrant, and that little glimpse of freedom gave me hope and drive to educate and commit to being determined to quit for good. I want to be in the 6 %er's who beat this thing forever. Smoking is the stinky assassin. We know it stinks, destroys our bodies and lungs, can harm those near us, and yet it has been a part of us so long!! 25 years for me. This time is the time for freedom. This time is the time to do it. Lord Jesus, go before me, this is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. The choice is mine but I am calling upon the name of the Lord to get me through. With men it is impossible, but with God ALL things are possible. I can do ALL things through Christ who strengthens me. Freedom is WORTH fighting for!!
FFFFFRRRRREEEEEEEEEDDDDDOOOOMMMMM!!!
