And while I do like that song by Staind, it was brought to my attention I haven't been on in a long time. To be honest, I have been so consumed with a new job, kids going back to school, and my first grand child on the way that I completely forgot I used to be a smoker. I haven't even given a cigarette a second thought. I mean those first few weeks and months were brutal. There were stressful points later on and instead of craving a cigarette, I opted for cleaning and ice cream. For those who still think you cant do it, I was there. And if I can so can you. O will be 8 months smoke free on September 28th and it feels amazing.❤🧡💛💚💙💜🤎🖤🤍
