Daniela, This is such good advice.  Nice showing up for ourselves.  Wondering why we need to be told this. Shouldn't we have known this all along?

ElizabethRachel‌ We SHOULD have known it but we were being led by nicotine...we stuffed feelings, we ran from conflict, we needed to learn what we WOULD have learned had we never started smoking.  I DO think we are incredibly strong though and that we get stronger every day that we remain smoke free.
