Back on track

Friday was a bad, bad experience!  After almost a 7 month QUIT, two drags off one from a brand new pack made me puke and I was quickly back to my life without cigarettes. (See previous blog on my page)  Horrible guilt, still, terrribly ill for a few hours but definitely a learning experience.  I've been dealing with moving companies and rental agents for my move to California next month since Friday...nothing at all finalized...total turmoil in my head, heart and stomach but I will do all this without a cigarette!!  There is no better choice I can make and we all know it IS a choice..!!PLEASE QUIT!!..DON'T CHEAT....I TRIED IT....NOT A GOOD IDEA AT ALL....NOPE..NOPE..NOPE..!!PEACE!!..
