Allen Carr's Book

It was suggested to me to read the book by Allen Carr regarding quitting smoking.  I just got done.  Talk about a whole new way to look at things.  I saved it to my computer so I can go back and reference it and also  I wanted it to give to my younger sister who wants to quit also.

I know several asked if I used NRPs, I did at first but have not used any in over a month.  I did try to eat peppermint candy when the urge hit, but that wasn't working, so I just have been winging it.  I am just going to hang in there, cause I sure don't want to go back to smoking.  Overall I really enjoy being FREE!

Hi Linda! You quit 4 months ago??? No reason to wing it because you can 'be prepared' with an array of coping techniques that work for you!!! Anything that distracts the mind and body while the crave passes which at this point must be much less right?? xo

If you stopped using the nRT's a month ago, you may still be feeling the tail end of the physical withdrawal.

Hang in there!

Keep it going!  I envy you, have four months behind you.

I'll look in to that book, too.  🙂  Thanks for sharing.

Allen Carr's book rocks.  It provides the correct percpective for overcoming this deceptive malady.
