A quick HELLO........

My husband made it home last evening at 6 pm after being away working for over a week, his company wants them to go to another job site in Nova Scotia,and want them to leave this afternoon before the big snow storm hits tommorow .I won't know what's going on until later on today it's a 5 and a half hour drive to get to NS which is in another province. they haven't had a day off in 13 days and they are tired and a little grumpy. Mark my husband had 9 months in yesterday for quitting smoking and today I have 197 DOF . STAY strong and protect your quits everyone because each day you get in without smoking is one day closer that you will get to a good place in your quit, it's going to take time to get to that good place but be patient it will happen.
