As you know the doc added Wellbutrin yesterday to help with the anxiety and panic attacks. So far so good, I must admit I do feel calmer. Not so strung out feeling. I'm a nicotine addict I'm withdrawing. Even though I'm still smoking the Chantix has blocked the nicotine receptors so I feel as if I'm going cold turkey. I'm breathing, keeping things simple, taking my meds faithfully, getting great support here, and trying to stay positive and upbeat. Although during the last 6 days, I have given the finger to two separate drivers. I know this isn't me as I haven't flipped someone off for many many years. But the lack of nicotine made me flip out. Oh I still need more help!
