Obviously I don't come on the site much anymore but I wanted to stop by and say that I have been smoke free for 5 years now. I started out here and the support was great it got me to stay quit long enough that I could finish it on my own. 

I haven't missed smoking at all. No matter the circumstances I don't feel the need so that's a blessing in itself. I managed to get my daughter, my son and my sister to quit so its been great. 

So keep on fighting the good fight and I will stop by now and again to say hello 🙂
