A week from today (Feb 17, 2019) will be my five year anniversary. 5, five, fiver, five-o, five-OH-HO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Its been an amazing journey. Only a few times did I ever feel I wanted one. I can tell you why. The amazing staff at Mayo Dependence Clinic totally healed me. From the desk staff to the counselors to the doctors, I got the most amazing mind while there. I am still doing my exercise too, 5 days a week, 30 mins of cardio. Life is GOOD! Remember, no matter how you feel, if you can make it through 15 minutes the urge will go away. Thanks to everybody for an amazing education. Jack Rink
