Today is 4 years since I last smoked. There have been many ups and downs in my life since then but nothing that would cause me to smoke. Since I made my decision to quit I have had a stroke, quit my job, got another one, had fights with my daughter, lost people in my live, but nothing to make me ever think about smoking. I will alway remember the word N.O.P.E.
