Sitting here reflecting what the last 17 days have been like, and wondering how I am
doing this so easily for the first time. (Not complaining)
Today, I am up 10 lbs and have decided I am going to do something about it. I got home
from work, and did a brisk 1 mile walk on the treadmill, and then 2 miles on my bicycle
when the guys both got home from work. (I got them both out on the bikes with me)
I realized today, that I am constantly eating throughout my day at work. Now I have to
change the things I have been eating to healthier snacks. Everything seems to be going
to my mid-section. I have found that, because I am not smoking, I am replacing it with
food. Par for the course, I'm sure.
I am disappointed in myself, but know what I have to do to change things around.
But the biggest thing is.....I DO NOT HAVE TO GO BACK TO SMOKING TO CHANGE
THE THINGS I WANT TO CHANGE! N.O.P.E.
I am so darn proud of ME for getting on the Freedom Train, I am loving the ride!
I hope everyone is doing well, and enjoying their Freedom!
Sandy
