I've been keeping track of the days, but I've been lazy about visiting the site and doing any reading, so it's not surprising that I've been having a lot of cravings lately. Yet, I still ask myself...."Why now?" Why do I want to smoke more now than I did 100 days ago? I know more now, I certainly have less nicotine in my system, I've learned new ways to deal with stress. Why? I'm frustrated!
