Hello everyone,
Haven't posted in a while, dealing with idiot Drs who tell me I have a hernia, then it's not a hernia but some anomoly that he's never seen before (it's a lump protruding to the left of my belly button which led to the hernia diagnosis). So after a few CT scans and a bunch of turning and coughing, he doesn't know what it is. The good news is all organs are fine and no anueriysm. And throughout this all I've managed to remain smoke-free! I keep thinking of the bigger picture and reasons for quitting 💸, health, family and my great-nephew born last week.
I'm still using 21mg patches which is probably keeping me sane through this. Actually kinda nervous about stepping down to 14mg. Gonna try that when these run out, about 10 days or so.
