Let's Get Moving Part 3

Let's Get Moving Challenge - EX Community.   Any activity counts, as long as you get off your butt and get your heart pumping.  Who knows, maybe we'll lose a little weight or a couple of inches in the meantime.  I hope placing it in discussions this time will work better than a blog post where there were so many entries and becomes harder to locate.  Let's see if we can keep it on the board often and easy to find. 

I believe we got sidetracked when I suggested doing other challenges and those challenges were not conducive to everyone. My fault. Lesson learned.  So I am hoping we can get back to doing what "you" do instead of a specific routine.  Got it?.   In the previous post, there were a lot of comments to go through to come up with this list of who participated.  Hopefully, it will catch on again.  Of course, sometimes we got off topic which can happen.  This post really kept me motivated and we had a lot of fun while learning a lot from each other with over 2519 comments on the first blog and 1072 Let's Get Moving 2018 - EX Community  on second blog comments. So let's Get Moving Part 3!

Maybe when I grow up I will be able to do that. haha  That is a workout! I think I will just dream I could do that. Just work my muscles and pretend I am doing it. That workout is way out of my league. You go Missy!

Awww its sorta like driving a car , I don't always go the speed limit. I am usually in the right lane going slower than everyone else, but I am at least out there driving it

"If you do it right you love where you are."  Nice lyric, Mr. Mraz!  And if you don't, you're sure gonna be sore tomorrow morning!  lol   Moved from push ups on toes to push ups on knees.  Heading into wall push ups.  We does what we can, as we can!

I modify alot for sure. I start regular but end up on knees with pushups.

I am so happy that we got this started again. It has really helped me to focused on getting the EXercise I need.  It had been several weeks since I did a daily routine and I was starting to feel it.  Today mikecity‌ inspired me to do yoga for 30 minutes of stretching made it easy for me to walk 3 min and jog 23 on the treadmill after which a 5 min ride on the stationary bike.  If you remember I put it together. in 2017  lol  It has been collecting dust.  My handy hula hoop a whole 2 minutes.  The jump rope allowed me  10  complete jumps times before I stopped.  It has been a great day.  I have already stepped 7.7K total 59 minutes of EXercise burned 1.7k cal I will be in a slow mode for the remainder of the day.  Let me know how you are doing.  I am

It was raining this morning so (like a sissy) I did ot increase my walk run time. But I did do my usual routine and then back home for the weights. I have a sort of bike/rowing machine thingy so to make up for not increasing my walk I did 10 minutes on that tonight when I got home.
