Let's Get Moving Part 3

Let's Get Moving Challenge - EX Community.   Any activity counts, as long as you get off your butt and get your heart pumping.  Who knows, maybe we'll lose a little weight or a couple of inches in the meantime.  I hope placing it in discussions this time will work better than a blog post where there were so many entries and becomes harder to locate.  Let's see if we can keep it on the board often and easy to find. 

I believe we got sidetracked when I suggested doing other challenges and those challenges were not conducive to everyone. My fault. Lesson learned.  So I am hoping we can get back to doing what "you" do instead of a specific routine.  Got it?.   In the previous post, there were a lot of comments to go through to come up with this list of who participated.  Hopefully, it will catch on again.  Of course, sometimes we got off topic which can happen.  This post really kept me motivated and we had a lot of fun while learning a lot from each other with over 2519 comments on the first blog and 1072 Let's Get Moving 2018 - EX Community  on second blog comments. So let's Get Moving Part 3!

Good morning moving friends, I am starting off my day feeling very unwell. Add fever, chills and nausea to my bag of symptoms. I've scheduled a virtual appointment with Dr tomorrow afternoon, today I'm just resting and drinking water. No appetite but a little later I'll have some tea with honey. Very soothing. I want a shower but between the fatigue and the chills I don't think it's a good idea. I might just turn on the hot water and sit in the bathroom breathing the steam. I'm shaking like a leaf so I'll end this here. I hope everybody has a good day 🌄

It took a Herculean effort, but I made myself do 30 minutes near my house, temps in the 30's with NW winds at 30-40 mph that went straight through my clothes!  But - I DID it!  😁

Going to be 70 here middle of the week - I am READY!

Aw, @RainbowHeart   Rainbow, sorry you're feeling so lousy.  I hope you get an answer and some help for it talking to your virtual doc tomorrow.  @indingrl  glad you're recovering! @SuzyQ411 I hope your EX continues to remain stable.  Prayers going up.

I slightly twisted my ankle a couple of days ago chasing away the mean monster black cat that's been terrorizing the neighborhood.  So I'm not doing much moving.  But I did pick up sticks and nuts today.  And here are a couple of shots of the Bradford Pears on the way to church.  We got a little soggy sunshine today.  Stay tough everyone!

Beautiful @Giulia , thanks for sharing these . It brightens my day seeing the beauty around you . It’s so dull , mucky and dirty here atm . 
Good eve all . See , not everyone is healthy yet . Gee whiz . Hope rainbowheart nothing serious .
Well I got a lot of moving in , walking and lifting etc , so I’m ready for spring . Got lights for the deck this year but didn’t get those up yet . Tuesday likely .  In to 50s a few days this week , forecast changed again . 70s sounds better lol , but hey I’ll take this for now . We are always at least a month or better behind some of you . Tomorrow I’m doing the tour of the botanical gardens . Should be interesting educational and relaxing and a lot  of walking . Rest well everyone .
