When you feel a crave, take deep breaths, in through your nose and hold it for a few seconds and then exhale through pursed lips, much like you exhaled smoke. My respiratory therapist recommended blowing bubbles which I do when the weather is good...I go outside and sit and blow bubbles and watch them float away. If I exhale too quickly, I don't get any bubbles. Remember that this gets easier...it is a one day at a time, sometimes one feeling at a time, journey.
