How do I change my username

Would you be able to change my username? Just take off last two numbers. would you need my password in order to do it?

Mark your emails are overwhelming me everytime I get them I want to have a

cigarette. Right now I have to do what's best for me I hope it doesn't

change anything cuz I'm really looking forward to getting the nicotine

patches and the gum I'm pretty sure they're coming from you or your company

I keep getting your emails and they're overwhelming me. However every time

I send you an e-mail I don't see it being sent. I have to do what's best

for me right now and everytime I get an email it makes me want to have a

cigarette so I unsubscribe and I hope this is getting through to everyone

I responded to your email about how to adjust your notification preferences. You can see more in our help document: https://excommunity.becomeanex.org/docs/DOC-1076-turning-emailtext-notifications-on-and-off 

To unfollow any post you can go to Actions > Following in: and Uncheck the Inbox option.  This will stop the email notifications and notifications on the site for the topic you're in when you click actions.
