I am having a good day.  And I am now 37 days free! The last few days have been busy and crazy but i am grateful to be employed, and I am grateful that I am living life free of smoking.  It’s been a rollercoaster as far as my schedule but overall I am  just pushing through.

Life has been good the last few weeks.  Just hard at work with my fulltime and part time jobs, and trying to juggle the rest of my life.  It hasn’t always been easy staying smoke free but honestly quitting is the best gift I have ever given myself.  I am so grateful for this freedom, this website and all of the amazing people I have met here.  Thank you all so much!!!  And now onward I go!!!!  XO

I have smoked on and off (mostly on) for the last twenty years...quit in 2010 and was successful for 3 1/2 years. Then my husband died in January 2014, so I caved and started up again...now, over 7 years later, I want to be done for good!!!! This quit is IT.
