Day 37 and REALLY??? :) Just Venting

So I am on Day 37 of being free!! But why in the heck do I still crave?? I am sitting at my desk working and the thought of a Marlboro sounds amazing! I think in my head "just stop and grab a pack, no one will know". Well I will know and I don't want that nasty taste in my mouth, but I am not going to lie, it sounds so darn good after work.

I am from Holland, Oh and have been smoking since I was 17. I loved it! I am sad to give it up, but I also want to live without an oxygen tank. I want to see my kids and grand kids grow up. I am working as an Administrative Assistant at an electrical contracting company and love it, mostly haha. I have two boys Jarret 24 and Tyler 20 and 3 bonus boys. The love of my life, Dan King, is my biggest supporter of my quit journey!
