I can't believe it I haven't smoked in over a year this is my longest quit. The best part is I know it's my last quit. N.O.P.E. just one more is the biggest lie I ever told myself. With the tools I've been given here I know that I don't ever have to smoke again. 400 DO for me! Thank you!

I'm a very busy lady who smoked for 47 years. I've tried to quit many times but have never made it this far! I've ended my relationship with nicotene the ex team definitely helped me to become an ex!
