Wow! I'm not feeling cocky in anyway here. Just grateful that the past 3 days have been very manageable.  I enjoyed a wonderful weekend with my guy doing our normal stuff without smoking! There were a couple times a crave hit but I took several deep breaths, reminded myself I am a successful non-smoker, popped a mint and moved on. I made my "what if" plans, slept a lot, and got to just relax and let my body heal for a couple days. Back to work tomorrow and I'm ready. Got my goodie bag restocked with mints, gum and suckers! Planned my menu with plenty of fruits and veggies. I'm not gonna stress about weight gain (won't go nuts but won't deny myself either). For today my head in is a good place and I'm ever so thankful. I'll deal with tomorrow tomorrow...one day at a time!!

40+ year smoker at 1-1.5 packs per day. Blood pressure has been extremely high and hard to control. Figured now is the time.
