Hi everyone, well I still have this cold, and cough, but this time around not smoking is much easier, I don't know why but I can control those little monsters in my mind that say just have 1 but we know that we can't do that, the morning is still a little hard, and I think it will be since I smoked for so long, that is kind of the hardest part. I hope I can just keep postive, and moving ahead, I hope you are all doing well. Helen.
