Hi , I hope everyone is doing good, it has been i think 7 months for me now, I still have the little urges, but nothing like the start. I will never go back even if I crave , it will only take one and you are back to hell again so I keep that in my mind every day. Stay positive ,cigarettes will always be in your mind time to time you just have to breath. Take Care, I will check back in.
