Still winning! Busy work day, followed by a baby shower for a co-worker. When I used to smoke I would be trying to get in as many on the drive before arriving at the restaurant, then try to cover it up with perfume and gum. Now I don't have to worry about that! Also, I would have been waiting until it was over so I could leave to smoke again. Now I was able to actually enjoy the baby shower and my friends and co-workers!
Tomorrow is my first Saturday since quitting. My morning is planned for, but the afternoon is free. Planning on using that time for searching for YouTube videos on quitting successes and information to help stay quit, as well as continue reading other's posts here. Any suggestions? I'm still scared of slipping. Day 4 on my last quit was the day I slipped. So Day 5 will be a new milestone!
