Still Smoke Free

I had 2 cravings today. It’s true that they go away within minutes if you let yourself not smoke long enough to notice that.

It’s been almost a week! I’m working more than I should (off the clock too) to keep myself busy and not smoking. I’m also doing 30 minutes of yoga daily. 

Things I’ve observed:

1. I’m starting to enjoy the taste of food again!

2. My “allergies” (watery eyes, stuffy nose, clogged ears) don’t seem to be as bad. 

3. My teeth look whiter.

4. My skin looks better. 

5. I like the challenge of sitting with discomfort.
