Day 37

The weather is bad so my pain level is high. I thought smoking would help because in the past it blocked my brain from most of the pain. (Scary thought smoking blocks our brain!) That was a STUPID thought. No smoking for me. Today I will take pain meds, slow my activity because the storm will pass just like the thought of smoking. Feeling determined!
