Sand Beach Natl Park Service.jpg

This is Sand Beach in Acadia National Park, Maine.  the National Park Service took the photo.  Pretty even in the winter.

COPD is acting up the last couple of days, I'll need to see someone today I think, when I get up as late as 3AM after a horrible night - I think something is wrong.

I smoked for over 50 years, it's payback time now.  I have a very unproductive cough, almost violent.  Don't do this to your self, stay quit, it's worth the effort.  I'm thankful for the opportunity to not smoke - it's the best thing i can do.

Peace, Love and just say "Heck No!" and join me in not smoking today.

I quit on October 25, 2013, it was the best decision I ever made (or, one of them). I smoked for over 50 years and quit Cold Turkey. My most useful tool is gratitude, you can borrow some from me.
