Ok, I guess is going ok. I didn't snack as much today. But then again I slept most of the day. Fitbit says I slept 4 times for a total of 10 ½ hours. Sleep good. Pain not good. I hadta take an extra muscle relaxer. That might be why but they never made me sleepy before.
One of my main triggers is waking up. Can't avoid that. I rarely sleep more than 3 or 4 hours before my bladder wakes me up & usually can't get back to sleep right away. I would smoke 1, 2 & sometimes 3 before I could go back to sleep, depending on how looking it took to get back to sleep.
My other trigger is boredom. Since I'm mostly bedridden TV & playing Matchington Mansion & coloring on Happy Color is what do most of the day.
I can usually go cook & wash dishes because I have a rolly stool in the kitchen. Not today. I can't even make it to the bathroom without having to stop for a few minutes on the way back. Ugh! So frustrating. Really pisses me off.
But I haven't smoked & the thought I want one seems to be not as often. The time between those thoughts seems further apart today.
I think some of my sense of smell is coming back. Positives & negatives to that one. Lol
