Hello everyone my name is Kandy and I am new here. I have started my journey a little more than a week ago and I am still not feeling very confident. I keep telling myself that I need to start cutting back now to be able to stick to my Quit day of August 23rd. I am thinking of pushing it back to August 31st? Anyone have any advice or words of encouragement that you can share with me?
