Im new and have some questions. I find the site difficult to navigate on my tablet and phone, are there any Apps for this site that are more suited to phone/tablets.
While I sit here having yet another coughing fit, I know I have to stop doing this stupid thing called smoking that has been a part of my life longer than most people. I have grand children and the thought of not being able to do things with them really scares me.
I usually do the quitting thing solo and clearly that hasn't worked for me. My personality is to be a people pleaser and work extra hard doing things for others when I don't do the same for myself. I have decided this time I am going to send out a mass email to my family and let them know that I am quitting, when my quit date is and that I need them to be hard on me. In the past if they knew I was quitting but I asked for a cig. they would give me one. I know they do it because they love me and they don't want me to get upset or struggle but I need them to tough love me and Expect me to STOP killing myself.
Anyone else here set a quit date then start smoking like crazy?? Just don't get it.
