I ordered his book,paper back form,my phone isn't a good one,and I'd rather have the book anyways,I am determined to quit and any resources I can get I will use. Best wishes to all my fellow quitters

48 year old mother of 4,I have 3 awesome grandsons. I have lupus and I know smoking adds to those health issues as well.
