After I took my nap in the morning yesterday I felt better. I did have quite a few cravings yesterday but I just found something to do and eventually they passed. I know that when I was smoking the mornings were the worse for me and I would smoke more; but I don’t understand why I really feel extra tired in the morning no matter how many hours I slept the night before? I also have a lot of mucus coming up where I am spitting a lot.
I am going to go lay back down now; and hope I feel better when I wake up
