Whew deep breathing a lot today. Urges  seem to be frequent and stronger today. Deep breath,Chomp on ice and gum NOPE NOPE repeat breathe  chomp NOPE NOPE NOPE It will pass just not as fast as i wish it would.  NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOPE!!!!! Whew had to get that scream out.  Hope I didn't hurt your ears screaming.

I came here to learn how to quit and stay quit. I need to quit to impove my health and was tired of nicotine controlling me and Doctors and family nagging me.
