It's another PT day so I got Mason to spend the night last night we had a skiff of snow but it's pretty much melting now, he still likes the snow but I'm ready for it to be gone without any flooding of course, be sure to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option anymore the only way out is through so by keeping them away from your face there's just No way you can fail, we've all struggled with our quits and had to go through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep but we did because as difficult as it was, it was Doable and we got to that point where we realized how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes and you'll get there too by moving forward and stacking up your precious Days of Freedom so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON! It's absolutely wonderful to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick BUT the best part of my Forever quit is not missing precious time with the grandchildren by being outside smoking instead I'm inside building memories, Mason and I wish everyone a Stressfree hasslefree but most importantly a Smokefree Day xo....
