Share your quitting journey
It's another mild morning in the Maritimes and I am going to enjoy it because September is slipping right on by I'm on my third and final coffee and better get ready to go to the Doctors office with my 88 yr old Mother in law,she asked if I would like to go with her and have lunch afterwards at a restaurant and of course I said yes, I enjoy eating out. 423 DOF today and counting, I know that I sound like a broken record but I never, ever want us to become complacent and lazy and think we're safe because we all know smoking is a horrid addiction that can creep up behind us and possibly catch us on a day that we're weary or stressed and God forbid that we may screw up without even realizing it and bam, we're back at day 1, so I choose on a daily basis to watch for any stressers that may get my guard down so I am prepared to keep my beautiful days of freedom and continue to count the blessings of quitting smoking.
