Share your quitting journey
I believe that I have the winter blahs so I must get moving maybe bake a batch of cookies. It's snowing outside so at least it's warmed up a bit .I might go for a drive get out of the house for a while, anyway protect your quits, stay strong, keep your minds as well as your hands occupied. One day at a time or if need be 1 hour or even 1 minute at a time, each one of us can succeed in our quits we must be willing to go through 2 or possibly 3 wks of withdrawal and sheer discomfort and probably you will feel like you may crawl out of your skin, but I am telling you that it's so worth it because all of a sudden you know that you can keep your quit no matter what. Today after nearly 40 years of smoking I am on my 180 th day of my quit and believe me in the beginning of quitting I could've ripped your face off if you looked at me the wrong way but I made it through to be able to say truthfully that I am a Happy quitter and you can get to a wonderful place in your quits, hang on and stay the course because each day will get easier. Enjoy the day and have a wonderful smoke free weekend.
