Hi all,

    Happy Sunday!!!!!!!!  It's time for church again!!!!!  Enjoy it!!!!!!  I have another appointment with the oral surgeon on Tuesday morning.  It's to make sure the bone hasn't moved.  Hopefully it is fine.  

    The quit is going well.  No real craves or urges to smoke.  Many years I never even knew I was addicted to nicotine.  Now we are free!!!!!!!
