Today I thought if it wasn't for Ex and all of my Peeps here I would just give up and smoke again ... I am glad and grateful to know you are here when days like this occur ! Just knowing you are all here keeps me accountable when  I feel like giving up . Tomorrow is another day ( sounds familiar ! ) and things change ,feelings change ,smoking would not change that  good and bad days come and go . 

               Love you guys ! (already feeling better ! )
